I have lived many lives in 31 years, and this season is my favourite yet.

My path has taken me from heavenly highs to the depths of hell lows where I have experienced the rise and fall of countless identities and outcomes. Through these experiences I have learned over and over that your external reality mirrors your internal energy EVERY SINGLE TIME.

My work was born out of a season of intense inner work that brought light to the distorted reality my ego had created to survive. I had to break free and create a new identity, or end up stuck in a life that was not mine.

My healing journey took 4 years and nearly $40k invested into my inner transformation, but from the depths of my hell I emerged with the gift of true self love, my HOT HIGHER SELF identity, a brand new reality, and the birth of my signature Energetic Upgrade Method that I am so excited to share with you.

I have deep lived experience in everything I teach; and formal training in Psychedelic Facilitorship from The Mushroom Mamacita, and the Somatic Integration of Internal Family Systems. I engage in ongoing learning and mentorship and am always doing things to enrich to better my life and the lives of those I reach.

Transformational identity & energetic work is life changing, exciting, challenging, and freeing. It is my life’s purpose to help guide you through this beautiful process of unlearning who you’ve become and remembering who you are.
