As a highly intuitive and sensitive empath with a wildly adventurous spirit, I have lived many different lives over my 31 years.

Moving through the majority of my life without a strong identity made for a difficult path where I experienced the rise and fall of many different versions of me, with many different outcomes.

No matter the season, each version of me always had the same problem - she was overwhelmed by big feelings and big energy that she was never taught to navigate or process.

I spent most of my teens and 20’s running from my problem and numbing out with alcohol and drugs to feel “normal” [my life was anything but normal, and it never felt like I was living as me.]

My work was born out of a long Dark Night of the Soul that blew up my life and revealed to me my shadows and unconscious patterns.

From that difficult season came my sobering personal transformation, and the birth of my signature Awaken, Align & Anchor Method for embodiment of the Higher Self.

I received formal training in The Somatic Integration of Internal Family Systems and Therapeutic Microdose Facilitation (psilocybin) from the Mushroom Mamacita, and have lived experience in the modalities I bring my clients through.

I engage in ongoing mentorship and am forever learning to enrich my life, and the lives of those I reach.
