> woman who silenced her voice and so many bad choices out of fear

just to name a few.

My life drastically changed in 2020 when I entered a v traumatic secret relationship that lasted 5 years. My life became consumed by secrets and lies along with debilitating anxiety, fear, guilt and shame - while everyone thought I was just fine.

I hid in plain sight for the first 2 years, wanting to die, then the next 3 trying every therapist, healer, and ceremony I could get my hands on to only find temporarily relief in my unmanageable pain… what I really needed was to MAKE CHANGE.

One afternoon in 2025 I was so uncomfortable in my life I cried out to god for help and was sent my Higher Self who created a blueprint for the version of me I’d need to become in order to leave - her thoughts, her feelings, her moves, everything.

I became her blueprint - I reprogrammed my subconscious to make her my default, took the action, and created capacity in my nervous system to hold her big new life and everything completely changed.
